A great quality, classic style coat is an essential element of any [stylish] wardrobe. Dress it up or wear it casually, it can work with many outfit options. For over a year, I had been looking for a great fitting, classic coat (at a reasonable price…) to replace some of my older, and now a little tired, pieces. Fortunately, I found this one at Nordstrom before the fall season began. Now that it’s colder, it’s on repeat!
Not only do I like the tailored fit of this coat, but I’m also obsessed with its subtle luxurious details such as leather trim on the pockets and behind the collar, and the gorgeous pleating on the back (see last photo). Military style jackets are on trend this season, so this jacket is a great pick to up or maintain your fashion-forward game. 🙂 And the best detail (at least for you) about this coat right now, is that it’s on sale for less than $500.
