Bioderma Micellar Cleanser Review

Bioderma Sensibio H2O Cleanser

After hearing its rave reviews (including my sister’s!) for way too long, I finally bought and tried Bioderma’s Sensibio H2O cleanser. It did not disappoint. A no-rinse micellar cleanser and make-up remover, Bioderma’s Sensibio H2O removed my foundation, blush, mascara (regular, not sure how it would work with water-proof mascara) and everything else. Labelled fragrance-free, alcohol-free, paraben-free, and hypoallergenic, it is soothing and wipes off clean without an oily or sticky residue.

This particular cleanser is formulated for sensitive, normal to dry skin. Bioderma also has Sébium H2O for sensitive oily skin and Hydrabio H2O for dehydrated sensitive skin. I have acne-prone and oily/combination skin (lucky me, right?!) and the Sensibio still works well (used it for several weeks) for my skin type. Although it is a ‘no-rinse’ cleanser, I still feel the need to follow with my regular gentle face wash for ‘end of the day’ make-up removal and cleansing. But maybe that is due to my more oily skin… Nevertheless, I love how it gently and effectively removes my make-up without making me break-out, and my skin feels refreshed and soothed after use. Priced lower than many other make-up removers and cleansers I have tried, this Bioderma cleanser is a welcome addition to my make-up kit and toiletry bag.

Voilà!

    Hi Josephina,

I have tried a sample bottle of this cleanser some time back, yeah, it is quite mild and gentle, works well removing all the makeup…

like you, I also prefer to wash one more round with foaming cleanser due to my combination skin. On days when I have makeup on, I would also use an oil cleanser to remove my makeup as well. Almost like double or triple cleansing haha *_^

Just like the feeling of a clean face! Lovely capture visual

Have a great week ahead, my friend. It's been a while since I popped by. Busy busy.

    Cheers,
