As far as bags go, clutches are the epitome of chic. There’s something about throwing a bag under your arm or holding it casually in your hand that can give you a look that is effortless and cool. For evening and party season, clutches are particularly important(aside from holding your essentials) to maintain a sleek look by complementing or accenting your outfit without overwhelming it with bulk the way a larger bag with handles or straps would.
